Cancellation Policy and Warranty
At FurnitureSG, we are dedicated to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your computer and study table purchase. We understand the importance of flexibility when shopping for your study space, which is why we offer a clear and fair cancellation policy and warranty.
While we do not directly process order cancellations, we do accept returns and exchanges for all non-customised, non-clearance computer and study tables within seven days of delivery. Note that the items should be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for returns and exchanges. Also, a restocking fee may apply to returned or exchanged items, reflecting the cost of processing returns. For payments made via cash or cheque, refunds will be issued by cheque upon the successful return and inspection of the item.
Our computer and study tables come with a minimum 6-month warranty, covering manufacturing defects to give you confidence in the quality and durability of our products. Please note, however, that the warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear, or items that have been installed by the customer or purchased as clearance items.
