The matress is soft but my son say ok. Fast delivery. Delivery man call 30 mins before ariving.

Received the mattress in a box as shown in pic. Easy to setup as instruction printed on box and deliveryman also explained. The 3rd pic shows the back of the mattress before opening the package. It 'bounced' to the original thickness quite quickly after opening. Heavy,too. Comfortable to sleep on.

Was very satisfied and surprised by the speedy delivery! Item came within half a day from time of my order! Company gave a call to confirm the order and then followed by Shopee call to confirm time of delivery!

This is my first time buying this product. I am very please with it. As it comes in a vacuum which makes it very convenient and less chances of having bed bugs.
Plus the bed firmness is as stated about medium range which is perfect.
